I am convinced that this is the best burger I've ever made. If you don't enjoy a juicy burger right off your skillet, then this is not for you. It's more like a meat loaf burger with what I've added, but these are welcome additions in my humble opinion. When you put these patties on the skillet make sure you DO NOT press down as they heat up. You want to keep those juices in so that they release upon biting into that protein packed goodness. Enjoy! Ingredients: Ground beef Minced garlic Onion powder Seasoned salt Mustard 1 egg Mix everything in a bowl, but do not over mix the beef. Form into patties. Heat a skillet on high. Add patties cooking 4 minutes on each side making sure to cover your burger. Serve on a toasted bun. Toppings are optional.
