I went to Jess Cafe, a Pan-Asian restaurant on the northwest side of Chicago, and ordered a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. A friend of mine, who is Vietnamese, told me that it was very easy to make. So I decided to make it. If you also have wondered how to make Vietnamese iced coffee (also known as Cà phê sữa đá), then check out the recipe below or you can also click on the video. Ingredients: Strong brewed coffee (about 1 tablespoon coffee per 4 ounces of water) 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk Mix coffee with milk. Pour over some ice and serve! If using an AeroPress, press the coffee down gently. This imitates an authentic Vietnamese coffee press.
